n Target – Some words from your President

      Not a whole lot to say. Our membership, at a record high of about 235, dissolves at the end of this month to begin again. But that’s what new years are all about: a chance to better our scores and our bonds with fellow archers. I confess that the shiny, new raffle drum—for those that missed the last meeting—was almost more exciting with its loud chip-churning sound, than the prizes that went to the winners. So what’s in our future? 10 new 3-D targets for a shoot (hopefully) in March, a new swinging gate to replace the chain, and a website that gets updated more than twice a year. The job description for “president” lists its responsibilities, but if there’s something more or different that I could do for the Club, please let me know. I look forward to seeing you all at the range when I have two legs to stand on!
